SHIPPING POLICY

Making and Shipping Information dispatch Time: Once the payment is in, our design wizards get to work, crafting your unique piece of magic. You'll have a chance to review and suggest tweaks—because perfection takes teamwork. Typically, we dispatch your order within 5 business days of design approval. Our elves (a.k.a. warehouse team) work Monday to Saturday, except when they're off enjoying national holidays.

Shipping Costs: At checkout, we whip out our calculators to figure out shipping based on weight, size, and where you want your goodies delivered. Note that the prices on our website are for the product alone—shipping costs will be added at checkout, and that's your final total.

Delivery Terms (Domestic Only): Transit Time: Domestically, your package should reach you in 2 - 7 days. Our courier partners are on the move Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 7 pm, barring Sundays and public holidays. While we aim for promptness, sometimes weather, strikes, or those pesky global pandemics throw a wrench in the works.

Change of Delivery Address: Changed your mind about where to send the surprise? No worries! Just let us know before we ship it out.

Delivery Time Exceeded: If your package takes a detour and the delivery time runs over, give us a shout. We’ll track it down faster than you can say “Where’s my gift?” Tracking Notifications: As soon as your order is on its way, we'll send you a tracking link so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

Parcels Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives looking like it had an adventure, please refuse it and contact our support team—we’ll make it right.

Insurance: We’ve got your back! Your parcels are insured for loss or damage up to the value set by our courier partner.

Process for Parcel Damaged/Lost in Transit: In the rare event of a parcel going MIA or getting a bit roughed up, we’ll spring into action. Once the courier wraps up their investigation, we’ll either send a replacement or process a refund, no questions asked.
